Vigilant Design Contest Winners
First of all, a BIIIIIIIIIIIG thank you to all of my entrants. You guys are wonderful and made deciding this contest winner super hard. So hard that this journal took longer than I'd have liked to get posted. Secondly, sorry this is super late! Between work and then being so indecisive, I feel bad about not posting this sooner. As I didn't get many entries, I'm going to go into detail about what I liked about each design. I actually drew each design until I found one i preferred. So I've decided what design won based on ease of drawing in my own style, how fun they were to draw and also how it generally looked. HOWEVER! Every single design here was fun to draw. Costume Design Contest!
Hey guys! It has been a very long time since I hosted a contest but boy am I excited to offer this one! This is a costume design contest for my OC, Vigilant. Below is the design she has at the moment. I’m very happy with her civilian look but I was thinking about how boring the makeshift costume I gave her looks. I’d only use it for when she’s first breaking into hero-ing but would prefer to draw her in a costume. Vigilant aka Libby Abney is a DC War-verse OC paired with Billy Batson (not as Shazam, however) so am looking for anything Young Justice or DCAU in feeling. All participants will receive a headshot sketch of a character for free from myself and a chibi headshot from @ParadoxMaggot About Vigilant: 1- Vigilant’s powers are the ability to manipulate kinetic energy.
